03 Cute & Cozy Studio on Beachfront Property

Our studio is a part of beach front property (you will NOT need to cross a street to get to the beach). The space is cute and cozy for a single traveler or a couple. It has it's own private entrance, kitchenette, fridge, murphy bed (full), 1 parking spot, and WIFI. We are about 30 minutes to FLL airport, seconds to the beach, and about 2 minutes from local restaurants in the area (7 minute walk). We provide all your basic necessities including beach towels and chairs for your time on the sand.

This studio is situated on the first floor. You walk into a cozy sized space which includes a bar top for 2 to eat at, a full sized bed, closet and drawer space. There is a fully functional kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove top (no oven), toaster, coffee pot and blender. The apartment comes clean, cutely decorated, and conveniently located steps to the beach. The building was constructed back in the 50s but this apartment has been updated and recently refreshed. This space has it's little quirks and character and is really for the laid back beach goers who will spend the majority of their time by the beach. It has a cute murphy bed so if you needed more space, the bed does fold up. Basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils make cooking an easy meal a breeze. The location to the beach is really what makes this studio special. You don't need to cross any street in order to be beach side (however, there is no beach view from the apartment) which is very convenient when you want to refill your drink or need a bathroom break.

Pets may be allowed only if the pet(s) has been approved by the Host. This is AFTER the guests submits or expresses to the Host their plan on how the pets will be taken care of while in the listing including pet size, age, and breed along with how often the pet will be left alone.

The entire studio is available to access except for the small maid closet. The entire outdoor property is accessible and usable during guest stay.

We live nearby and are always available if something comes up however we try to give our guests space and only interact if need be.

Pompano Beach is a great little, laid back beach town that has come a long way with the atmosphere they have created and all the infrastructure that has been updated over the last 10 years. We are blessed to be in walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops that are nearby making having a car during your stay unnecessary if you plan to stay nearby.

If you don't have a car during your stay and you are coming from the Ft. Lauderdale airport, it is recommended you take a Uber or Lyft to get to the studio. If you do have a car, we provide 1 free parking spot right outside the studio. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the studio from the airport.
The closest grocery store is about 1 mile away or a solid 20 minute walk. If you are looking for nearby dining or shops, it's about a 5 to 7 minute walk to Atlantic Blvd where you will find different restaurants and small souvenir shops to choose from. Bored with Pompano Beach? Lauderdale by the Sea is directly south of us and you can take the bus in under 15 minutes to check out another great beach, more restaurants and souvenir shops as well.

They are constructing 6 townhomes directly next to the property. They work M - Sat between the hours of 7:15 am and 4pm. Some days you hear them and other days you wouldn't know they are doing construction.

We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone. Please contact us with these details before booking so we can confirm the pet fee and ensure your pet is approved. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companion!
