「This is the kind of place you'll want to come back to again and again. The place is really quiet, comfortable and cozy. Bill is a fantastic host. He is very accommodating and super friendly. His animals are very cool with horses, donkeys and Longhorn cattle. Be sure to spend some quality time with the dogs! They're awesome!」

「Perfect home for a mini sewing retreat. Garage was set up with tables and chairs. Beds were comfy and house had plenty of towels etc and welcome baskets for us to use! Very quiet neighborhood. We had a fun time!」

「Loved the convenience to Salado’s Main Street and yet since the property was not in the town it was very quiet, serene and relaxing. My favorite was sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the clouds and the birds. The rooms in the main house are super clean and beautifully decorated. The food was fabulous and owners are delightful. Will definitely visit there again. 」

「The best part of my three night stay was having my doggie with me. Nothing fancy. Room clean including sheets & towels. Ice machine broken, but supplied all the ice needed. Front desk friendly, and requested a bottom room. When realized I did not smoke, I was accommodated. I will stay again, if need be. Because the price was right.」
