「It was a lovely property. Lots of space if you are bringing a group. The bed was hard as a rock so if you like that you are set. The bath was not conducive to people with knee problems, but they warn that everything is original to the era」

「We used the place as a base to explore Fort Davis, Alpine, and Marfa. Went to Star Party at McDonald Observatory as well. This is a great location and the house is just a few blocks from downtown Fort Davis. House was great, even better than described online, and central air was huge blessing when temperatures hit 100 outside. Not much to do in Fort Davis though. And most of the local restaurants either close after lunch or are out of business altogether. That said, this was a great location as...
