We had a double queen beds, but our room was not huge for 3-4 people plus luggage. But we got a good nights rest with good hot water. You may need to request x-tra towels if more than one person. The price was competitive and the location was convenient to many services and stores.
So it was cheap, and the bed was clean, bathroom door didn't shut, lamp was broken, paint peeling off walls, mold in bathroom and someone's hair was in there, no food, no tea, no coffee, front desk staff were friendly when available which was sporadic. Air conditioner did work so that was a plus
The check in was good, the young lady checking us in was very friendly. When we got to our room, it smelled of stale smoke, the bed covers looked dirty and the furniture is very outdated. Our beds were o.k. but the covers were not very warm. We had 4 in our group and were only given 2 towels.
Location was easy to find & staff helpful. Receptionist came up & changed the lights right away on the bathroom.
We could hear the people next to us, and could hear the people upstairs walking in their room. Could hear the traffic on the road. Definitely needs more insulation to help sound proof. Not enough towels for 2 people.
The staff was very attentive, and the location was perfect. However, the accommodations were out of date. Definitely needs to be updated with carpeting, decor, coffe bar area
The staff was great and super helpful. The conditions of the building were pretty run down.

Loveland ~ 5 star staff
The first night we got there the room that we got into had a broken air conditioner, and no refrigerator and I travel with a daughter who has special needs. With an autonomic dysfunction that’s triggered by severe heat, but we stuck it out through the night cause there was no other options however! The staff was exceptional. The place was a little rundown, they got us in a room and everything but every time we had an interaction with the staff, they were so beyond nice and professional and sweet and accommodating. I would stay there again just because they were so nice even though the hotel definitely needs work. They moved us into a new room the second day. It was much nicer much cleaner much brighter the air conditioner function, and there was a small refrigerator, even though it didn’t close all the way it was functional
it was nice and cozy, right by the road so rather loud but that’s expected. we paid 65 bucks for the room so i won’t get on here and bash and stains on towels or sheets bc tbh if it’s gonna be that cheap it’s not gonna be no holiday inn 😂😂. 8/10 would probably stay again just on how nice the staff is and how comfy the bed was !
Very nice and helpful front desk folks. Comfortable bed.
The room smelled musty, the bathroom vent didn't work, the hair drier didn't work, the sink drained very slowly, the walls had dents and scratched places, the TV didn't work.

Disliked: Amenities
Cleanliness was horrible. Only one towel. No cups. Bathroom floor very sticky. Hair dryer unit dirty. Shower curtain and sheet stained. Room air conditioner so pound with regular “clunks”.
On plus side, check in employee was extremely helpful with some special needs I had. She was intelligent and kind.
The doors to the rooms did not engage when they were shut on 2 seperate rooms. 1 room had a broken a/c unit. 1 room had a tv wall mounted that almost fell on my head and would not turn off unless i physically unplugged it. The pillows are basically throw pillows. The bathtub floor was stained black with hair clogging the drain. But the staff was accomedating and got me into a room after 3 tries.
The motel is severely short staffed. They don’t have enough people to clean all the rooms so we had to wait 2.5 hours past check in time. Then they don’t have enough towels and floor mats for everyone, and what they do have is stained and not well cleaned. The bathtub drain is clogged after just a minute of shower. The TV doesn’t work. But the bed and pillows themselves are adequate. Overall, it’s a really old property that’s not very well maintained and not very clean.

Room was clean and decent. Room only had one chair and it was uncomfortable. The room had no fridge and I had to go ask for an ice bucket. The toilet had a bad flapper valve and water ran continuously in toilet, told front desk about it. Overall hotel was clean and decent to sleep at. Also no breakfast except for an apple and coffee
First of all the staff was not my issue, they were great with the resources that are given to them.
Who ever owns this hotel should be a shamed of them shelves. They have let it this hotel get so run down that it’s not even funny. Towels, sheets and pillows all have stains on them but smell clean. The carpet was discussing, had to go buy slippers because I wouldn’t walk on it with out shoes. The people that were hanging around the hotel were definitely homeless and druggies. Wouldn’t let my wife or daughter go to the car or office with out me. The hotel must be a state appointed hotel for the homeless and druggies because there is no way those kind of people would have money to stay there. Saw tweeters hanging out all over the parking lot. As well as in the lobby multiple times.
Amenities that THEY DON’T have which all travel lodges say they have:
Breakfast(website says they do)
Business center
Blow dryer
Ironing board
Iron
Extra towels
Extra pillows
These are some of the just bare necessities that the owner doesn’t provide.
We came from out of state and had no idea the conditions of this hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would rate this one star, but the staff was truly wonderful.
The room and hotel itself were among the dirtiest I’ve ever been in. My wife and I couldn’t sleep because we honestly were concerned the entire time about bed bugs. There was food under the bed, it was never cleaned as far as we could tell.
All that being said, the staff was phenomenal and nice. Went out of their way to help when I had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. Genuinely great staff, but I’d avoid this hotel.
The staff was really friendly. The smoke detector in our room was covered with a plastic bag and apparently had been disabled or vandalized. Towels were in short supply. The bathroom was not terribly clean and there was an interesting collection of trash and other items under the bed.
The staff we dealt with were very nice and helpful. The property is more like a rent by the hour vibe. No housekeeping. Towels and linens could be requested from 9-11 am. No hand soap in the BA. No decaf available and I room tea and coffee barely any selection. The bed was clean and reasonably comfortable but I’d not recommend it.
