I stayed here for the CSU graduation, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hallways and elevators are a little outdated, but my room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and even a sofa. The bed was comfortable, there was a nice separate vanity and extra sink in the bathroom area, which made getting ready really easy. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. They have a solid free breakfast buffet. The pricing was good for graduation time, so I would recommend this as a good deal and a comfortable, relaxing place to stay if you are visiting Fort Collins.

Terrible experience. Woke up middle of the night to find cockroaches crawling on our luggage and all throughout the bathroom. Would never go back. Also, was not able to get a refund which was very disappointing.

You definitely get what you pay for. This hotel was worn and not kept up. The parking lot was very sketchy and we decided to not stay. The staff was understanding and as helpful as they could be.

This place is a REAL dump!!! It was so gross! It smelled horrible. The carpets all over the hotel were filthy. The room was crappy. The other guests were loud, had dogs yapping all night long, talking/yelling in the hall way at unGodly hours. It was the absolute worst stay EVER. I was supposed to stay for two nights. I checked out after 1 night. I wanted to leave immediately but there were no other places to stay on such short notice.

This hotel is a combination of properties. Part motel (doors open outside) vs hotel (doors open inside a hallway). One of the elevators was inoperative and there is very little security compared to other places we’ve stayed in Fort Collins, so be aware. Breakfast was meh at best. The room itself was ok. It was hard to get the shower on and hot water was a wait. It’s a dog friendly property so we had a lot of barking throughout the 2days we were there. Overall just a dated run down property in need of a makeover and some security upgrades. Not worth the money.

I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anybody. This property was run down and grungy. The room was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. Chips were left on the floor, there was mold around the bathtub. Light bulbs were missing out of the lamps and one lamp shade was missing. The smoke detector was covered in plastic wrap, paint was chipping off most of the walls. The hallways smelled. People outside looked homeless that were hanging around.

Stayed here for 2 nights . Hotel was very dirty . Hotel needs to be remodel everything looked very old and smelled bad. Pool water looked dirty. Breakfast was pretty much only bread and coffee. Nothing looks or is as they advertise online . I would not book here again.

Room was dirty. Blanks had dirt and food on them. Mouse poop on the fold out couch. Very disgusting. We left and went across the street to a cleaner hotel.

Honestly I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was friendly enough but the hotel was no where I’d want to stay again. I’m not one to write reviews but in our room we found a cockroach, we were looking around the room to make sure there weren’t more, pulled the bed up to check under and there was a used needle under the bed! We were VERY disturbed. Yes we were given another room but that one had bees in it.

The whole place was filthy I actually reported this hotel to the health department and the fire, inspectors and building inspectors as well. This hotel shouldn’t even be on Expedia and the so-called manager Stephanie Johnson is the most foul person I’ve ever met.

This hotel has seen better days. Our room had a broken bed box spring. The balcony door would not open more than a few inches because the ancient track was bent. The hallways looked third world and reeked of marijuana and mildew. The only highlights were the pool and staff. The pool, while definitely old, was clean and huge. My kids enjoyed their time playing there. The front desk staff was very receptive to our needs and quick to help us out. Let's be honest here; This hotel is the cheapest in town, and you get what you pay for.

This hotel was very old. While there have been some updates, the quality of workmanship was very poor for the updates. The hotel smelled of old smoke as you walked the hallways. The bed, however was comfortable and the room was clean, if not of good quality updates.
