Perfect home and location!

This is a wonderful place to rent if you have a child at Colorado state or if you just want to enjoy Fort Collins and old town. The home is very clean, updated amenities and comfortable beds. The host is friendly and responsive Iwould definitely rent this place again.

Perfect for a campus visit

We adored this home and loved the easy walk to CSU campus. We were worried about it being a duplex, but it was totally quiet- as if it were a single family home. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is stocked. Front porch was a great place to watch the afternoon storms roll in.

Great space in a quiet neighborhood with easy access

Apart from a hiccup when we arrived and the entry code didn't work, we had a great stay. The house is spacious, well appointed, clean, with a nice porch to sit out on, on a tree lined street close enough to any shops and restaurants you might need. Beds very comfortable and shower hot with good pressure. Overall, no complaints.

We were impressed from the moment we walked through the door. The house is nicely updated while still keeping its charm. The parking is perfect. The house is immaculate. (my favorite part). Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely stocked. Good location. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Exceptional home!

This home was better than advertised. It’s located in the perfect area and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire process. The hostess was very responsive and helpful when needed. The amenities were great and the home was spotless. My family will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in town.

Ideal base for attending CSU events and visiting Old Town

We're a senior couple from Redmond, WA who loved our one week stay at this beautifully restored home. We enjoyed CSU sports events, restaurants and shops in Old Town, and visits with family all within minutes of this property. It is beautifully remodeled with every imaginable feature and is probably the cleanest of any Vrbo we've ever rented. There's a private parking area off the alley right behind the home which made access to our rental car extremely convenient. Harriet Fox is a wonderful host who responds immediately to any question or need. Thank you, Harriet, for your superb hospitality!

We love this house

This is the second time this year that we have stayed with Harriet. The home is lovely - the front porch and backyard just add to the amenities. It’s an easy walk to downtown and the trial gardens. Our son, who lives in town, can get here easily - it’s a great central location and a lovely home.
