Perfect place to stay in Old town

We love staying at this property, it’s a nice walk to Old town, campus, and the river trail. It was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back. Has everything we needed, perfect place!

Carriage house weekend

This property was very convenient for a weekend visiting my kid at CSU. I was able to easily walk to most of my destinations around town and campus. Very clean and stocked with all the things I would need for my stay. Host was very helpful and responded to my messages quickly and made sure I had all I needed. Quiet neighborhood,comfortable bed and sheets. I hope this place is available when I come up to visit again. Highly recommend

We stayed here for the Patriot Games softball tournament.

Perfect spot for the tournament for a kid and parent. Clean, convenient and quiet. Host did a great job communicating and everything was great exactly as described.

Summer Visit to Fort Collins

Fantastic rental!

We loved the historic neighborhood! Troy's place was well appointed and exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed walking to the Poudre River trail, City Park and Old Town.
