Rustic traditional house, over 200 years old, which maintains its original essence, fully equipped, surrounded by fields, with chickens and without neighbors in the vicinity.
The rural farm is located 2km from San Francisco Javier and 1.5km from Migjorn beach.
The house has two double bedrooms, two with single beds, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a small room with a sofa, television and a Play Station ideal for the little ones.
In addition to its privileged location, the house has a large terrace ideal for relaxing with views of the rural farm and no neighbors in the vicinity.
