「Good base for exploring in very peaceful location」

「This characterful and unique property was just as pictured in an ideal setting and very convenient for St Andrews which is approx 4 miles away. Each room is completely self contained - so no access to, or need for, communal rooms. Breakfast is provided in your own kitchen and contains a wide variety of options. 「We enjoyed our stay very much. Pam was friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. We could see the sea from our bedroom window. It is a little far to the centre of town, so if you don't have a car, be prepared.」

「Nice feel to this hotel. The staff were very good and helpful. The food was excellent. The lodge we stayed in was a little tired but clean and pleasant enough. Overall we had a nice stay.」

「The rooms at No1 are always amazing: clean, comfortable, aesthetically nice, and very conveniently located. This would have been a 5*, but unfortunately we got the attic room, which involved MANY stairs up. Given my mother's age and mobility, this negatively impacted the enjoyment of our stay. If stairs matter, proactively ask about which room you are getting before you book.」
