「The cabin was clean, updated, and exactly as described. The host was great with communication and always answered our messages timely. It's in a perfect location too - just about 10 minutes from Otter Creek and about 20 minutes from Old Forge. 」

「Absolutely beautiful! Beyond our expectations. Carol and Dan are so hospitable; we felt right at home. The cottage and grounds are well maintained - very clean! At night the stars are the greatest thing you've ever seen. Will be back for sure!」

「Our family enjoyed our stay at this rustic Lakeside cabin. The house was very accommodating and the view across the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed campfires, listening to the loons, and star gazing every night. It was also great being able to bring your dogs, who am I say thoroughly enjoyed the water. 」

「Lovely, comfortable lake cottage! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out from the well-stocked game room to the porch and deck. Things were spotless at check-in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Shared beach on Piseco Lake is a few minute walk down the street and through a fielded area, it's a beautiful sandy spot and the water is shallow a long way out. Many thoughtful touches from the owners like bedside charging stations and a basket of bug repellants. Thank you for the stay Jenn!」

「The pictures do not do the property justice. Lots of room in both cabins. With dining and kitchen areas in both, had coffee maker and Keurig's in both buildings as well. And more important than the Lake being close, the ice cream shop is closer!! Also, a nice souvenir shop, restaurant and landmark Donut Shop are within walking distance as well. We look forward to staying here again, but are hoping this review doesn't cause it to be booked when we plan our next trip.」

「We enjoyed the stay, everything we needed was there. The ad for the property said within a 2min walk for the lake and the photos looked as though we would just walk out and the lake would be there however the lake was a short drive maybe 4min. For all those seniors who may have a handicap you can't walk to the lake. The only other finding was alot of dog hair from a long haired dog on the floor and behind the couch, also some candy wrappers behind the couch from prior guests. 」

「Our stay at the 1910 cottage exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had all the luxeries of home. Kris was very responsive and such a wonderful host. The lake access was super convenient and we enjoyed using all the lake toys. It was a stress-free, relaxing experience and we're looking forward to staying again!」

「We had a great time! The cottage is very cute and has lots of Adirondack details. We enjoyed great fires and were happily surprised by adequate towels and blankets, etc., which made the stay extra comfy and restful. It is so nice that the kitchen is equipped with many nice dishes, tea, coffee and cocoa. 」
