The property is beautiful! The entire insides of the house were burned at one point after his family sold the property. It was rebuilt inside when someone purchased it but once it was turned into a historical landmark, renovations began to take it back to it original interior. They are following the original plans that Thomas Jefferson created with the help of actual letters that were written to Jefferson’s head contractor at the time the house was being built. It’s going to be beautiful! Sad it’s not the original interior. But has a very interesting story! It $13/pp to tour but worth it!

「Great property. House worked well for us. Unfortunately the TV situation was a bit of a nightmare. WiFi very unstable. Kept dropping signal every day of our 4 day visit. Owner had to reset WiFi multiple times during stay. Mgr said “a reset usually clears the problem”. Clearly this has been a problem for others before us and they are choosing to live with it rather than solve it. Not a big deal if you don’t watch tv.
