「The staff were fabulous, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was great but would be nice if they had a better selection of breakfast meat. Kids had fun in the pool. 」

「Worst experience I've ever had. Bio hazard incident and then no form of understanding or willingness from hotel management to make it right. Still fighting for my refund when we vacated the room after not even being in there more than 15 minutes because we instantly started feeling itchy all over our body. Hotel management confirmed that the room looked completely unused - so, why was I charged for one night? It's obvious that they did not believe us which is crazy because what would we gain...

「Room couldn't maintain a temperature, pool was never open and there was no clear signage to keep you from going in while it was disgusting and unusable, coffee was trash, rooms were barely cleaned. There was a lot of build up in the washroom and splashed liquids on most surfaces. There were no maintenance staff the whole weekend so no issues would be addressed properly. 」
