「The overall was good but the check-in system is the really really worst in the world. Very bad. Very very bad check in system.」

「Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

「It is not used to use the same towels during the stay and a bit remote from city center. The room is too small for two person and the ceiling is low for tall guy. The advantages are quite, safe and close to supermarket.」

「No inner springs left in the mattress, certainly was not 17m2. Very few appliances to cook with, needs a microwave as everything you buy can only be heated with a microwave, but wouldn’t know where to put it as the apartment was too small….」

「The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. 」

「Stayed with family & friends 4 nights and can’t fault the apartment, part of a purposefully refurbished block for short stays. About 25 mins walk to the pier, cheap overnight parking round the corner and local shops combined with a fair price made an excellent base for our stay.」

「Ann and Colin were perfect hosts. So warm and friendly and even left a welcome basket full of thoughtful treats. Flat is so much better than the pictures portray. Spacious and equipped with everything you need for a stay in the area. Highly recommend. Very convenient for all the new forest walks. The grounds are delightful and the garden is stunning. Nice little area to sit and enjoy the sun. Although the flat is joined to the flat we felt we had privacy. Thanks again for a lovely stay....

「船内をイメージしたホテルで、ロフト付きの部屋に子供たちは大喜びでした。初めてアーパートメントホテルを体験しましたが、ホテル内も綺麗で、周辺にはレストランやパブも何軒かあり、ご飯にも困りませんでした。」

「駅からホテル2階が見えます。ソールスベリーの町中は道がガタガタで細い場所があります。大きなスーツケースを子供と運ぶのは無理だと思い、近くを選びました。お部屋も清潔で、リビングとベッドルームが別室になっており、静かでした。エレベーターはわかりませんでしたが１Fのお部屋だったので問題ありませんでした。 一泊目にウェルカム朝食がついており、焼き立てのクロワッサンが頂けます。食器やお鍋、レンジも揃っており、できたら長期で利用したい施設です。 ただ、有人のチェックインの時間が非常に限られているため、現地情報が直接聞けないことや何かあった際の場合は心配でした。 チェックアウトも無人でしたが、受付のインターホン経由で担当者と話ができ、サービスもよかったので総合的に満足です。」
