"We stayed in a King bed with sofa bed room. We had 4 adults sharing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The King bed was comfortable and bed sheets were soft. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The mini bar fridge was a nice addition since it was well stocked with drinks & snacks, 1st round free! Only negative about this room was the open shower. It was awkward figuring out who’s showering without someone peeking in. "

"Very nice and polite staff. Convenient location, but no public transportation in close proximity. Good breakfast, but served in a very dark, small, and gloomy room. Amazing shower, but very sleepery floor. A lot of steps to get into hotel, no banisters, nobody offered help with a luggage. In front of the hotel are 4-5 benches where constantly are sitting very strange people. They look like bomges or alcoholics. Some of them eating, drinking alcohol, and smoking weed. Do not even think to walk from the train station to the hotel!  Half of the way you are going through big groups of an immigrants who does not look very friendly and asking for money or trying to sell you something.  Taxi should not cost you more than 15 euro. If drivers ask for more -negoshiate."

"Palazzo Caracciolo has been our go-to hotel for over a decade whenever we visit Naples, we go there once a year since my family leaves there. The staff is consistently fantastic, always helpful and courteous. Gennaro DS is the best!"

"Good clean room. Staff did a workaround we requested to make the double bed more like twin single beds. They also lent us the small scissors we asked for. The room had good acoustic isolation with the streets outside, as it managed to silence the noisy streets outside. Good air conditioning. Had a medium-sized safe that could hold a laptop but didn't have a frigobar. Spacious bathroom and shower box. Bidet with appropriate aiming. Very diverse and good quality breakfast. The internal areas of the hotel are well kept, cozy and decorated. Checkout at noon is great, as there are other places that say 11 or even 10 in the morning. There are also things you can buy in the reception, like various drinks, snacks, and electric gadgets. Location is great in the sense it is as close as it gets from the main train station from the city. Unfortunately, not the hotel's fault obviously, most of that central city region is a slum. "

"Just weird. If someone said to the designer:every function, make it smaller and more awkward, then this would win. From finding your room to just shuffling around in it because it's so small to the lifts which are tiny to breakfast which is pathetic. Hot food, don't help yourself, the staff will serve you to limit your consumption. And the choices are tiny and poor so who cares? And no coffee in room, no kettle etc. I could go on. At length. Dreadful place. "

"Checking in was seamless and quick. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Our room was quaint and modern but the view was overlooking the alley. Excellent shower and very hot. Breakfast was plentiful. Dinner menu is limited but delicious."
