「Welcoming staff and exceptional room: clean, lots of pillows, lots of plug in spots for devices, a menu on the TV!, and wonderful breakfast options w all equipment working in the buffet. Gotta love a well run hotel with management that stays invested in the spaces and continues a to add to the experiences of the guests.」

「First thing I noticed when I stepped into the building to check in was how clean it looked and smelled. Such a bright atmosphere. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, we were even asked if there was anything that could be done to improve our stay? If you’re looking for a place that serves very tasty breakfast, enjoy the buffet with extended hours. If ever back in the area, I will definitely stay here again!」

「Nice hotel thats up to date and clean!」

「There was a slight odor in the room. The coffee was not desirable at all.」

「Stayed the night before my wedding, paid for a king suite with a sofa bed but received a single queen standard room and was told that there “wasn’t much of a rate difference” and was given no explanation as to why I didn’t get the correct room. (My friends that paid for standard rooms, checked in after I did, got rooms that were bigger than mine and that had a sofa bed.) after a fire alarm evacuation at 11 pm, which I understand is no fault of the hotel, there was water pouring from the bathroom...

「There is an extra space in the room. This gave me an additional comforts. There is a tiny but beautiful lake across the street. 」

「The bed was nice. However this Comfort Inn is ruining the name of other Comfort Inns. Please get a new cleaning service. The construction in rooms is incomplete. Bathroom lighting is very poor. I’m sorry, we won’t be staying here again!」

「ロケーションは最高！ 周りが静かで、バケーションには最高の環境だと思う。 出張だったのでWi-Fi環境が悪いのが残念だった。」

「It is a dated property. It looks like they are going to start remodeling soon. There was a medical emergency as we were checking in, and the front desk girl was clueless as to what to do. We had to tell her to call 911. The staff needs additional training on how to deal with emergencies! The room was fair. Again, dated. The pool was nice. The area is nice. The next morning I dropped something and went I bent down to pick it up I was met with a pile of fluff, hair, and a lid to something under...

「夜中に謎の警報がけたたましくなり、最低でした。」

「Very clean and neat」

「The room was very clean, and very nice. The breakfast provided with the cost of the room is off the chart. The number of options offered at breakfast was overwhelming. Good job」
