My Ricoré house is a pretty Bastide of 150m2 built recently but in the spirit of the houses of yesteryear 10/15 min drive from Uzès with swimming pool (15x3,5m with approved protective barrier available), large terrace (with lounge and dining table, and sun loungers) and parkland of one hectare without vis-à-vis. With 3 large bedrooms overlooking the pool/park, an office/TV room on the ground floor, 2 shower rooms with toilet and 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet. The house is very well equipped as we have lived in it. Lovely uninterrupted views over the garden. Uncovered outdoor parking for several cars. Quiet, rural setting.
