If you are looking for a quintessentially French bed and breakfast then look no further! This hotel can’t be beat in terms of location and view of the Chateau. Also, it has the most wonderful breakfast. It was a real treat to stay here.

This property is a family property for three generations. They take very good care of the property and their guests. The location across the street from the Chateau de Fontainebleau is covenient and picturesque. This was my first stay here and I will be back during my next business trip.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Fontainebleau.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our state at Hotel de Londres. The hotel has a lot of character, with history that includes a a connection to the poet Proust. It’s in a great location in the center of town, literally across the street from the Chateau de Fontainebleau, and in close proximity to lots of nice restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable with high-quality bedding. The bathroom in our room had a tub and a shower with a rain shower-head and great water pressure. The breakfast was pleasant with delicious fresh bread, croissants, fruit, yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, scrambled eggs and multiple beverage options. The service was very friendly.

This charming small hotel was perfect for our needs. We had a beautiful, quiet room overlooking the Chateau; the bathroom was huge and lovely. The staff on site were all very attentive and helpful, booking us into a restaurant that was probably one of the best I've been to on our trip ( L'air du Temps--highly recommended, and not crazy expensive). We probably could have done this as a day trip from Paris but it was delightful to spend two days here in utter comfort.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. It really is so exquisite and brings you back in time in the best way possible. - The location - faces the chateau and has a beautiful view. - One of the owners (two brothers) was so kind in welcoming me and being so hospitable and thoughtful. He explained that his grandfather bought the hotel in the 1930's. It was then passed to his father and now to him and his brother. - The well-apportioned room was impeccable with a beautiful view of the chateau. - The breakfast was very much worthwhile in a lovely dining area. Highly recommend all around!

On-site parking which is hard to find in Fountainbleu. Hotel is literally across the street from the front gate to Chateaux Fountainenleu. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and professional. They serve a very nice breakfast in the morning. Restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner, but there are dozens of good restaurants within a quarter mile walking distance. Hotel was extremely clean and has the charm of an historic building. 10 out of 10 !!

Vieil hôtel situé juste en face du château de Fontainebleau, chambre rénovée et propre. Lit confortable. Personnel accueillant et serviable, les propriétaires sont sur place et s’occupent des clients. Le petit déjeuner non inclus est très bien et vaut le prix demandé. Pas d’ascenseur mais les proprio vous offrent de monter les bagages lourds aux étages à l’aide d’un treuil. Stationnement sécurisé disponible pour 15 euros par jour.
