Marsh Nest offers stunning views of the marshland and a great opportunity to observe the rich low country wildlife. The property has two bedrooms with king beds and two full bathrooms as well. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open-concept so you can view the marsh from each of these areas. Off of the primary bedroom there is a screened porch which can also be accessed by the living room. You can work from home with a view or sit out and enjoy the sunset in the evening.

Two dogs can be accommodated. Marsh Nest has its own in-unit washer and dryer as well. The elevator in the building is currently non-operational for a few months. Please note we are not the manager of the complex and cannot guarantee the operation of the elevator. The property does include complimentary parking and 1 gate access card is provided.

Marsh Nest is a 3 minute drive to Folly Beach and a 20 minute drive to Downtown Charleston. It is the perfect apartment for someone looking to move to the area or just someone here for a long visit.
