"Pros: Fishing off the dock great. We got to see dolphins a couple of massive sea turtles right under the deck. The sunsets were beautiful. Place was in good condition. AC worked great. Was well stocked with dishware silverware basics really liked the extra freezer.Can’t beat the location. Feel like it was worth the price based on the location if they made some minor repairs and installations to bring the place in line with what most fisherman expect. Fishing lights worked great although would recommend tilting them down a bit so they shine less across the water. Excellent number of rod holders across the dockCons: I will reiterate with another poster, which is they don’t have a ladder for you to board a kayak or boat or any tie downs, which was a bummer. Not a big expense to enhance the experience. Had some pretty unpleasant smells at times, like vomit. We were never able to determine where those smells were coming from. no Ice Maker. No light over the fish cleaning station - not really suitable to use when you catch fish at night. Power at cleaning station not working which is an issue for people who like to use electric knives for cleaning fish. We would gladly return if these items are addressed. Caught plenty of keeper specs, a big black drum, mangrove snappers, a couple of small reds and a puppy drum at night."

"Fantastic trip. House was the perfect size for the whole family and had all the extras beach toys / games/ kitchen) extra supplies we could have wanted! Loved the view from the deck and the quick access to the beach. Owners were very responsive before and during the trip! Would stay here again!"

"Everything was wonderful! The house was just as we expected and we really enjoyed our stay and we're looking forward to coming back soon! I don't know what trash company services Treasure Island but there were some half full trash bins that we did not use but I brought extra trash bags and just took all of our trash to the onsite dumpsters! Not an issue for our family! We'll be back! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful coastal home! The house was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was very responsive and kind, and we truly appreciated their understanding and hospitality. We did notice a few minor maintenance concerns during our stay, but we truly appreciate that the owner was very responsive and promptly addressed all of our issues and concerns. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!"

"This place is superior and the host is even better. The location is perfect, the house is perfect!!!! It was 12 women and we had PLENTY of bathroom space and sleeping quarters!!! The second deck was perfect for sunning and shade for those that didn't want sun! Parking was plentiful and everyone was able to park covered. We could have fit more cars. As it was we had 7 cars parked underneath. The beach is just right here. If you the tide is not high, there is plenty of room to fish or just hang out. We will be back next year!!!!!!"

"Overall excellent stay and very nice place right on the shoreline. Couple small things I'd recommend is to have many more towels on hand for larger families and also more cleaning supplies like soap, paper towels, etc. Obviously these things go fast with a family of 6. All else was great. 9 out of 10. Thanks!"
