Welcome to my Beautiful Beach theme Condo without the Beach prices This Condo is a Beautifully Decorated Ground Floor Condo located just off Hwy 59.in Foley Alabama Close To OWA, The New Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park. Foley Sports Tourism Complex, Foley Sports Plex Tanger Outlet Mall, GlenLakes Golf Club, Gulf Links Golf Center, Lamberts Restaurant (Home of the Throwed Roll), Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Shrimp Basket, Wolf Bay Lodge along many other Great Family Restaurants. You will also find a Wal-Mart and a Publix and a Dollar Tree less than a block away and a very short drive to Gulf Shores Beautiful White Sandy Beaches This Condo Has been newly Renovated and Tastefully decorated with a Beach and Costal theme. This Condo is Fully Furnished and is Very Comfortable (I use it myself not just a rental) . The Master Bedroom features A King Size bed with a 3-inch Sweet Dreams Mattress topper plus a bed massager and an En suite Bathroom inside the Master Bedroom, plus a 40-inch TV with a Direct TV Package and ROKU ready. Ceiling fan and box fan plus a Large walk-in closet, The secondary bedroom Features 2 Pillow top Full-size beds Plus a 40-inch TV, with Direct TV package and ROKU ready. Ceiling Fan and a large walk-in closet The Den Features a Palm leaf ceiling fan, A 58 Inch Smart TV That is Roku ready so you can log in to your account and watch your favorite programs and features an awesome Direct TV Package and WIFI which is included with your stay, The Condo also features A full Kitchen with a separate dining area. All kitchen utensils are furnished, A new Built in Microwave, Glass Top Stove, With dual coffee maker’s regular drip and a Keurig for k-cups , Garbage Disposal and a built-in dishwasher with a guest starter pack furnished. The laundry room Features an Extra-Large Washer and Dryer with a guest starter pack furnished This Condo also has a screened in porch patio area to relax and enjoy your mornings or your favorite cup of coffee. The Condo Complex offers A Large Swimming pool area with palm trees with a very relaxing atmosphere and plenty of free parking. So, if you are Beachcomber, A Golfer, A shopper, A Fisherman or if you just want to relax by the pool this Beautiful Condo has something for everyone.

Mr. Phil was an absolute pleasure to work with, friendly, responsive, and so accommodating. The location couldn’t have been better, with everything we needed just minutes away. The place was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return in the future!

I understand and support the 10.0 rating!

First off, Phil is amazing. He called us before we arrived and let us know the condo was ready early and we could show up whenever we were ready. Communication with him was great, such a nice guy! We always have a “leave it better than you found it” rule but it was impossible because this place was immaculate. So many amenities and extras within the condo. Multiple streaming subscriptions, already logged in and ready to go. Not to mention the size of the condo. So much space. Pool was amazing, plenty of room to hang out outside the pool as well. 10/10 would stay here again. The kids said if/when we come back they want to stay in this exact condo every time.

Great place!

Condo was clean with good accommodations. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We stayed for a softball tournament and property was an easy drive to complex. Communication with host was excellent. Check in/out was a breeze. Would recommend.

Great host!

Phil was very accommodating and always responded. Condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Only issue was the refrigerator. A maintenance person came to look at it, but I'm assuming it needed to be replaced. We made it work. Condo was clean and the pool was nice. Perfect location. Away from all the craziness of the beach area, but only a 20 minute drive away when we wanted to head to the beach and explore Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Thanks Phil, we had a great stay and visit!!

Exceptional accommodations

This place was fantastic. Very clean, super helpful and responsive property manager. Quiet, safe neighborhood, very close to Walmart for supplies and other amenities and restaurants. Kitchen fully stocked. Lots of towels. Comfortable beds. Pool was wonderful and quiet. Will be back!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect and very close to all the places! The owner had taken into account everything we would need: comfy beds, plush towels, even two coffee pots. We would love to stay again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy get away!

Excellent in every way

We were in town for a gymnastic meet. Phil’s condo was perfect for us. It was convenient to the gymnastic site, shopping, and restaurants. The host was easy to contact at all times and very helpful with any questions. The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed.

Everything we needed was at our fingertips.We were less than 5 minutes from food,the water park and the house was clean.The property manager was friendly and answered all of our questions.
