「Als Erstes wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum AC-Schacht, defekter Dusche und defektem TV gegeben (gebucht war ein Meerblickzimmer mit Balkon). Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer auf unsere Beschwerde hin getauscht. In diesem Zimmer (mit Balkon, dieser aber ohne Möbel) gab es eine defekte Klimaanlage, aber einen Ventilator, der uns ins Zimmer gestellt wurde.
