"The view of Sarajevo is breathtaking. The owner was very nice and hospitable."

"The apartment was already occupied as we showed up. In the end the owner put us up in his other hotel. He was very friendly, but the hotel was nothing like the stay we had expected. Beds that broke when you sat on them. The same for the shower and not the cleanest. "

"We had a wonderful time in Sarajevo and this was the perfect place to stay. Its location is great - close to the old town, lots of restaurants, and a great supermarket. The apartment is also lovely - the decorations are beautiful, and Arif makes sure that you have everything you need. Every time I needed assistance or recommendations for places nearby, they were consistently professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Their dedication to high standards of hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of my stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious and highly nutritious options, including fresh fruits, hot dishes, assorted drinks, and delightful desserts. The quality and selection exceeded my expectations and provided a perfect start to each day. Overall, Hotel Europe is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sarajevo. I had a wonderful experience and fully intend to stay there again during my upcoming visit."

"A lovely 9 room boutique hotel just across the Latin Bridge. Nice and clean with a lovely breakfast buffet situated in their basement. There is no lift but the hotel is fantastic in every other respect in terms of cleanliness , facilities and location. They will help book transport to and from the hotel ( 30 euros) . The location is perfect - a few minutes walk over the Latin Bridge and you are in the Old Town with dozens of things to see and visit, as well as many many dining options . From the hotel - its 10 minutes walk to the cable cars. Thank you to Ornament Hotel for making our stay a wonderful one and inshallah we will visit soon."

"It was lovely to be able to walk out the door and into the street with stalls and restaurants. 1 minute walks from the city hall bus stop from the airport. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Freshly prepared breakfast buffet. And fruit, tea and coffee available any time "
