Loved the room and beautiful balcony! Breakfast was delicious! Close to downtown for restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Would stay there again!

Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix (nothing inappropriate) and most of the videos or shows weren’t showing up. But if I used data from my phone it worked just fine. Everything else was adequate but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We were met by Alexis who was extremely friendly and gave us some useful information on places to eat. The room was spacious, clean and the air con was spot on. Breakfast was amazing with an excellent choice of food and drink. Thoroughly recommended 👌 😀🇩🇪
