"Arrived at 630pm, was told room not ready (double queen room booked) they would call us when it was ready, maybe an hour they said. Ended up putting us in a room with one king bed and a roll away bed. (Very cramped, no room to move in the hotel room). Offered free breakfast voucher. We went down to eat at 930 am(sat within 5 minutes) waited 15 minutes for a waitress, by 1030 am all we had were drinks no food and several tables still not served. We ended up leaving without breakfast, since we had to check out by 11. There was no parking available aside from pay to park options which we paid $25 for parking from 11pm until 11 am. Overall not the best stay. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, but they were not prepared for guests. We will choose a different hotel on our next trip to Raleigh."

"I’m shocked that Wyndham has attached their name to this place. Whoever they hired to do their photos should win an award. The photos were great but in person this place is a dump. The hallways smell like pee. The pillows on the bed were small square pillows. They were like something you’d expect to see on a couch. The breakfast was hilarious and certainly didn’t look like the pictures. The loitering going on in the parking lot was nonstop and involved people doing drugs and selling drugs. There are people living in the hotel and the hotel next door. Absolute ghetto! "

"Upon our arrival, the sliding lobby doors were open. The second one was stuck at 2/3 open and didn't leave much room to pass through with baggage. The staff was very courteous, helpful and professional. We booked 2 rooms. The first room with 2 queen beds was mostly clean but both the carpet and the tile floors could have had a bit more attention. Hair and bits of trash in the corners. The second room, again with the attention to the floors. The door must have been kicked in at one time. The stationary part of the safty latch was falling off and the door stop had been crushed into the drywall. The semi-firm beds were nice. The pillows looked fluffy but flattened out to almost nothing. AC/heater was quite and worked well. The room seem humid even when cooled. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. NO TOWELS! We didn't realize this until the next morning. I called the front desk and tried to get some but was told that housekeeping just clocked in and it would be a couple of hours to get 2 towels. The shower was hot and plenty of pressure! So much so that the shower head sprayed water out of the back of it all over the painted drywall above the shower wall. I could tell it has been going that for a while because I touch the drywall and it was totally saturated and squishy soft. That is going to be a health risk when black mold starts to grow, if it hasn't already. The washcloth I started to use had hair in the fibers of it. I had to use a hand towel instead. Disappointing."

"The room was clean but had only one very small trash can and we kept having to empty our trash which was annoying ! Upon check in I realized that I left my neck support pillow at home and I asked front desk for a couple extra pillows and he looked at me like that was such a huge request and said I don't have the lined closet key tell housekeeping in the morning. Also the ice machine didn't work and I asked for a couple extra towels and he again looked like it was a huge bothersome request and I said nevermind we're going to walmart and we will pick some up there . Overall it was a below average stay and I don't recommend and will not be returning !"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location, the staff was incredibly nice, it was great having free hot breakfast included every morning and around the clock coffee, and every part of the facility felt extremely clean and well capped. I would definitely recommend!"
