"We got in early, they gave us 2 towels and invited to chill at the pool. Office staff was so nice, directed us to good food also. The room was clean, really big and the bed was super comfy. We enjoyed sitting in the evening on the dock. Wonderful experience, we are definitely coming back"

"All 3 pools were excellent. The sandy beach looking over the Atlantic Ocean was amazing and relaxing at the same time. The ladies went to the spa the men played the par 3 course, which is included in the resort fee."

"Did not use any facilities. Property does need some repairs and maintenance. Front desk has limited opening hours. Room cleaned daily but room supplies not replenished. Good location though. Manatees and dolphin seem from walkway outside room. Close to main road on one side. Cannot leave curtains or door open if privacy is an issue as walkways on both sides and anyone passing on each side can see into the room. "

"Pool and pool area was lovely and well maintained! The poolside Tiki Bar was a great option for drinks and food available there was reasonably priced and tasty. There are 3-4 restaurants you can walk to (5 min walk) and that is also a big plus. Our only caution was that this is an older property and some of the rooms are very "worn". We first had a King Accessible room and asked to move to a 2 Queen room that was in much better condition. Staff was very helpful and I would recommend this hotel as long as you understand that it is an older property."

"I made a last minute reservation to stay just one night and found the room ready for me and staff very welcoming. All rooms are second floor level and there is no lift or elevator, but an excellent ramp makes it possible to wheel suitcases or a wheelchair to the room. The bedroom in my one-bed unit was also up a flight of stairs inside the unit. The unit itself was wonderful with a generous kitchen and living space, and a nice balcony overlooking the channel."

"We were placed in a room far away from most things. The pool was a short walk away. The room was surface clean but not deep cleaned. There was a stain on the couch cushion when we made the pull out couch for our child. There wasn’t a vent in the bathroom and the bathroom was in between the two bedrooms without a window. Otherwise, everything was ok. We only stayed for 1 day. The staff was great!"
