The apartment is located in D/One Home Design, one of the most complete and sought-after condominiums in the city. It is next to TopMarket, a complex with a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and the Angeloni supermarket.

Guests will have access to a differentiated, organized, well-equipped, excellently located and secure place.

The 79m² property has a suite with a QUEEN bed, a bedroom with a QUEEN bed and a living room with a 43-inch Smart TV. All rooms have AC SPLIT.

IMPORTANT!

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.

2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
