    Great location for exploring the sights of Florence! The apartment was clean with firm beds (as we like them) and well functioning aircondition in both bedrooms and the living area. We also enjoyed the terrace, but it could use a couple of chairs. We recommend the apartment, but there are some things you should know and consider: It is a loft without elevator access. There are 76 steep steps before you reach the apartment, and there are stairs within the apartment. The furniture in the living area is not comfortable. They work for a quick meal, but we did not find them suitable for relaxing. Luckily we were there to see the sights, so our use of these chairs/the couch were limited. If you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs. There are restaurants/bars on the ground floor, and the sound of people carries from the street and into the bedrooms.
