You are also welcome to use the common areas of the condominium, allowing you to immerse yourself in the timeless architecture and atmosphere of this historic Florentine building. Our apartment is in one of Florence's most charming and historic neighborhoods, steps from the city's most iconic sights. Located in the heart of the historic center, it is surrounded by art, culture, and a vibrant atmosphere that makes every walk unforgettable. Just a 2 minute walk away stands the majestic Florence Duomo, with Brunelleschi's Dome and Giotto's Bell Tower offering breathtaking views over the city. Nearby, the Baptistery of San Giovanni is famous for its golden mosaics and bronze doors. Magnificent Piazza della Signoria is under 5 minutes away on foot, featuring the Neptune Fountain, a copy of Michelangelo's David, and the impressive Palazzo Vecchio. To turn on the radiators if necessary, simply go to the living room, behind the white curtain, next to the bathroom, near the sofa, where you will find the boiler. You will need to click on the word "Mode"; you will notice that the light will move to the radiator and tap symbol. Once the light has moved, the radiators will automatically start heating the apartment. When the temperature has reached a pleasant level, you can turn them off by clicking on "Mode" again and moving the light back to the tap symbol. Please remember to turn off the heating before check out and when you leave the apartment if no one will be staying inside. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

ARRIVING BY TRAIN Santa Maria Novella Station (SMN) The main station is about 1 km from the apartment. Head out through the main exit. On foot Walk toward Piazza della Repubblica and then toward Piazza del Duomo. Take Via dei Cerretani and turn right onto Via Ricasoli. The apartment is just a few steps away. By taxi You will find taxis right outside the station exit. The ride takes 5 to 10 minutes. ARRIVING BY PLANE Florence Airport (Peretola) The airport is about 6 km from the city center. By taxi The ride takes 20 to 30 minutes and costs around 20 to 30 euros. Tram or shuttle Take the connection to Santa Maria Novella Station (about 20 minutes) and follow the directions from there. ARRIVING BY CAR Motorway Take the A1 motorway and exit at Firenze Nord or Firenze Sud. Parking Recommended options are Santa Maria Novella Station Parking or Sant Ambrogio Parking. Then continue on foot. ZTL Area The city center is a limited traffic zone. Check local rules to avoid fines.
