Toscanella Romantic is a lovely apartment for rent in Florence located in the Santo Spirito district, a stone's throw from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is perfect for a family or a small group of friends.

Thanks to its elegant rooms, the numerous comforts and the central location this property will make your stay unforgettable!

The apartment consists of a beautiful living room with relaxation area and dining area, the kitchen, a double bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined), a mezzanine where we find the other two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Toscanella Romantic is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine and everything you need to cook, making it excellent for both a tourist rental and a longer stay.

Spacious, cute apartment albeit needs some refurbishment. Air conditioning not working properly and washing machine not working. The location and lift was fantastic. Communication great.

Great location

This property is the best location in the Oltrarno! You are within a few steps of great restaurants, gelaterias, cafes and the 2 bridges that cross over to the other side. The one issue we had was with the air conditioner that didn’t work. We brought it to the attention of the property manager but sadly it was never resolved after they had said they would send someone to fix it. Otherwise, you can’t beat the location and the size of the apartment was huge by Italian standards!

Great apartment in a great location!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Around the corner, from one of my favorite restaurants, 4 Leone. The apartment has very high ceilings and is a very big space. Perfect for four people. I would stay here again.

Excellent location

This was a spacious apartment with one sleeping area quite separate from the other. This would work well for a family of older kids or two couples etc but didn’t work well for our two young kids. No problem though since they just slept with us! The air conditioner wasn’t strong enough for the large space and was only effective near the unit. It didn’t reach the bedroom areas. The floor needs a good cleaning. It’s made of porous tile and I know that collects dirt easily but I don’t think it had been mopped. Our feet were dirty from walking around barefoot. Otherwise, it was great and a wonderful location, close to lots of great things to see and do!

Large apartment in a fantastic neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay, the apartment was just as the listing described. The neighborhood was the best part - fantastic shops and restaurants right around the corner, and still close to all the major attractions. If visiting during summer, the apartment does get hot during the day (even with the air conditioner), but at night the large windows help the place cool down quickly. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Florence!

Great location, Uffizi is just a 5 min walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. Location is very central 15 min walk from train station, 4 min from a supermarket & surrounded with cafes, bars & restaurants. The apartment was clean & spacious with sleeping options for single / twin beds (the room divider was a great idea for creating privacy for teens!) if I have one small recommendation it would be to improve the air con, it worked but just was not strong enough to be effective in 35 degree heatwave! Though the heatwave was not typical weather & air con probably perfectly fine for normal conditions). We had an incident of locking ourselves out of the apartment & the emergency help were superb in meeting us with a key to get back in. Highly recommended.
