Appartement atypique où l'on se sent tres bien, tres lumineux, magnifique terrasse, vu sur le Duomo et le Pallazio Vecchio. Tres bien situe, au pied du Ponte Vecchio. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we could not have asked for a more magical experience. The absolute highlight of this beautiful place is the rooftop... The views of Florence were simply breathtaking. We spent almost every evening up there with a glass of wine, watching the city light up. The pictures don't even do it justice. It's absolutely a dream. And the most perfect location. Our host was incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If you want a romantic, unforgettable Italian getaway, look no further. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to come back!

Great location in the heart of the historical district. Great evening views of the city. Loved to enjoy a bottle of wine at night with the view. Very quiet at night. Very accurate pictures of the balcony. Location was perfect for all the walking tours we did. Highly recommended. Thank you.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Location is just at the foot of the ponto vecchio. Close to every attraction, walkable 5-7-10 minutes. There is an elevator then 30 steps to the studio apartment, great A/C. My favorite was the outdoor terrace which is bigger than the apartment. Marti was super nice and gave us advice and a map. The indoor space could use some updates for sure. But it was clean and fine for 2 adults. Maybe 1 child additional. Luxury no but location and views is a 10! Grocery store just over the bridge which Is just a short 5 min walk . Plenty of coffee and restaurants right by the Apartment door.

This apartment in the heart of Florence has amazing views from the windows and the balcony. The room was pristine, and Marti was very helpful as a host. Our only wish was that the main bed was bigger. I ended up sleeping on the daybed, which was not made up for sleeping, because the bed was too small and there was no place to plug my cpap machine in.

I have never stayed in a shabbier place. The pictures on VRBO did not match what the place looked like. The furnishings were so old and beat up. We paid for 3 nights and left after one night. The view was incredible but the balcony was full of an old broken washing machine and other various items. I do not recommend this place.

Posizione ottima e panorama sul Duomo e Palazzo Vecchio. ATTENZIONE. Assolutamente non adatto a chi ha difficoltà motorie per le due ripide rampe di scaleBiancheria bagno e letto pulite. Aria condizionata funzionante molto bene nonostante le temperature elevatissime. Cucina da rivedere per mancanza di igiene e pessime condozioni delle stoviglie. Presenti avanzi di tutti i tipi lasciati da ospiti precedenti. Frigo piccolo con celletta bloccata da 10 cm. di brina ghiacciata. Per usarlo abbiamo dovuto scongelarlo. Poi ha funzionato bene. Bagno piccolo e poco agevole. L'arredamento è composto da mobili poco utilizzabili. Il terrazzo ampio e utilizzabile bene è penalizzato da una tenda parasole logora e con un ampio buco al centro.

The studio is situated right in the beating heart of Florence, a few steps to the Ponte Vecchio, and around the corner from the Uffizi. You really could not hope for a more centrally located base to explore this extraordinary city. But because you are at rooftop level, the noise and chaos of the streets below is a distant echo. The terrace gives on to the rooftops and towers of the old town spread out before your eyes.Check in was easy. Communication prompt. We plan on returning soon!

Location was spectacular. In between the Ponte Vecchio and the Ufizzi. So easy to get almost anywhere. And the huge balcony had views of Florence in almost every direction.
