The Faenza Apartment

The apartment is located in a semi-detached house with its own entrance and porches on two sides: you’ll feel like you’re in your own little villa. It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen, a double bedroom with a bathroom, and another double bedroom with a bathroom on the lower level. The back porch is a spacious outdoor area furnished with armchairs and a table. When needed, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed.

The apartment is part of a condominium situated inside the block, away from the street, consisting of houses renovated just a few years ago and set in a pleasant setting with a lovely, quiet communal garden. Green spaces, tranquility, and security enhance the property’s overall value. You’ll be surprised by how peaceful it is when you enter the property, especially considering it’s located in the heart of the historic center. The apartment’s entrance is through a front porch furnished with a table and chairs. The outdoor area in the back, which is accessed from the bedroom on the lower floor, is also very pleasant and is furnished with armchairs and a small table.

Guests will be welcomed by a staff member who is available to assist with any questions or provide any necessary information.

Check-in ends at 8:30 PM. After this time, check-in is possible for an additional fee. From 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM, the fee is 30.00 €. After 11:00 PM, the fee is 50.00 €. Payment must be made through Airbnb upon arrival. For more information, please feel free to contact me.

The apartment is located in the San Lorenzo district of the historic center, known above all for its large market, where dozens of vendors set up their stalls daily to display their goods—stalls that are then taken down at night. From here, you’ll be within walking distance of all the city’s major attractions. The Santa Maria Novella train station (the city’s main train station) is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located outside the ZTL (the restricted traffic zone where cars are not allowed without a permit). In fact, the apartment is situated right before the entrance to the ZTL. In any case, parking in the historic center is never easy, so you’ll need to spend some time looking for a free spot. Alternatively, there are many paid parking garages in the area where you can leave your car during your stay. Inside the apartment, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. In the living room, there’s a smart TV with Netflix in English (or your preferred language) and, of course, Wi-Fi internet access. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room. In the kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods included. There’s also a laundry area shared with other apartments.

In addition to sheets and towels, our guests will receive a bathroom set complete with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

Upon request, a high chair and a baby crib are available.
