Space

Set on the first floor of a historic building (note: no elevator), the apartment features refined decor that adds a touch of elegance—making it a perfect romantic getaway in Florence. Designed for couples but accommodating up to four guests, it offers a cozy bedroom with a TV and a sofa bed in the living room. The modern bathroom includes a shower, and the fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils.



You’ll also enjoy air conditioning, a smart TV in the bedroom, a washer/dryer unit, and 50Mbps WiFi.



After a day of sightseeing, unwind in this welcoming space—cook dinner, relax in front of the TV, and soak in the cozy ambiance. The apartment is steps away from the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, the chic Via de’ Tornabuoni, and the Museo Casa di Dante. Overlooking Piazza de' Cimatori, you’re also just around the corner from one of Florence’s iconic trippaio stands.

Access

Check-in time: 3 PM - 7 PM

As there is no front desk, please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Late check-ins must also be arranged and approved at least 24 hours ahead.

Early and late check-ins incur an additional fee:

From 12 PM to 3 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)

From 7 PM to 8 PM: €25

From 8 PM to 10 PM: €35

From 10 PM to MIDNIGHT: €45

No check-ins after midnight, unless agreed upon in advance.

Excellent location historic district

THe location of the apt is excellent, nearby all the “must see” of Firenze The apt itself is loveley, recently renovated, nice and neat furniture As there are plenty of restaurants in the ground floor you might receive some cooking smell some time during midday and evening Communication for making check in must be improved, though Niccolo who received us was very polite and helped us Overall I had a positive experience and would return
