Very nice overall. 4 for check in due to no self check in and hostess was late meeting us. We had changed our time of arrival but communicated several times with updates. Only other issue was a loud bar across the street. Not the problem of our hosts but did lead to the 4 for location.

Location is very close to the center of Florence. Slightly dodgy neighborhood but okay.

The property is 3rd floor so there are steps to climb. Location is close to both the center of Florence and the railway station. It is not the most luxurious apartment but it makes for a good base as so many historic sites are within walking distance.

Decent place, concierge was rude

Had a good stay at this spot in Florence! The specs were accurate and felt everything to be clean besides what felt just like a musty overall smell in the apartment. Unfortunately we didn't have roaming while trying to travel into Florence so communication with the concierge was sparse and stressful and upon checking in (which needs to be a specific time it turns out), felt our concierge was very upset and frustrated with this and was rude to say the least, but did end up offering future help as needed which was nice at least. Location was pretty good too!

Great choice but No Elevator!!!

Our only concern was the lack of elevator at the property. Since it was only second floor that was not a serious problem, but for some visitors it would be impossible to access. The street is very close to the main train station, but is not too busy or too scary...nice and quiet. There are a few restaurants around and it is only a 15 minute walk to the main tourist area around the Uffizzi Museum. Great choice for train travelers.

Mold! Avoid this place.

The place had a allergy triggering strong mold smell and did not look clean. Upon check-in, the dirty sheets from the previous guests were piled in a corner. 2 out of the 3 A/Cs did not work so we had to wait for someone to fix it. The washing machine smelled and gave our clothes a bad smell. The shower had black mold around the pan. We travel a lot and love to camp so were not looking for 5 star accomodation but this was something else.

Great Stay, Great Location

Me and 4 of my friends stayed at this rental for 3 nights and it was perfect! The hosts communicated really well, the place was extremely clean, and the location is truly unbeatable! Highly recommend this rental if you are looking to stay in Florence.

Spacious flat in excellent location

Large, comfortable flat, two private bedrooms and additional sofa bed in common area. Excellent location near train station and all sights within walking distance. The hosts were very helpful and responsive as we were planning our trip. Check in and check out process we're very easy. Many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Well equipped kitchen and it was helpful to have a washing machine as well! Thank you!
