  • Apartment for rent on the third floor of a building located in Piazza Santa Croce in Florence. This house enjoys an exceptional view on one of the most beautiful squares in the world which every year hosts the event of the Calcio Storico Fiorentino. From its windows you can in fact not only enjoy an incomparable view of the square but also watch the matches of this game which represents one of the most important and heartfelt traditions in Florence.

    The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people and consists of a large living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed), walk-in closet and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped even a shower.

    In addition to its special location, this apartment is appreciated for its amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and everything needed for cooking.

Clean room right on the plaza. The cathedral is bigger inside and worthy to visit. Close to shops and restaurants. Apartment is renovated as in pictures and spacious enough for 4 adults. Onsite laundry is clean and convenient. On 4th floors and no elevator so added more walking at the end of the day. We waited for the manager for 15 minutes to check in and she is quite accessible through whatsup

Great views & great location

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is in a perfect location and we loved looking out at the square. The apartment feels much larger than the photos and everything is new and very clean.

Amazing

our stay was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. You could hear the excitement in the square during the day, but it was perfectly quiet at night. Check in and out were easy. We had plenty of room for the whole family. We hope to stay here again one day in the future.

Great experience!

Stopped on our Italy tour for 2 nights. Great location and view. The unit was very large, ac was awesome after walking in the heat all day. Great experience!

Great Apartment

We loved the spacious apartment overlooking the square. It has comfortable beds and the bedrooms are back from the street and quiet.The location is fabulous too! It felt safe with a locked building as well as a locked door.The only challenges were it did have quite a few flights of stairs to climb with our luggage and the wifi didn’t work great in the back bedroom. I would still highly recommmend this to travelers! Lovely place!

Overall it was a great place to stay. Fantastic view nice area, fit all of the needs of visiting florence. However there was just one problem and that there were no cups or plates. But besides that it was perfect.

Our stay at Piazza Santa Croce 4

Great location overlooking the Piazza Santa Croce. This Piazza is an easy walk to everything with a taxi stand and bus stop very close. It is in a ZTI zone so id you have your own car or a rental you cannot park there except on Sunday.

Everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is very central to all points of interest, apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was a lot bigger than we expected. The owner was very helpful in explaining to us where it’s best to park and not get fines for ZTL zone. Highly recommend.

Anniversary getaway

The apartment location was wonderful. It was close to all the sites we wanted to see, as well as restaurants and shopping. We had some issues communicating with owners at first, but they were quickly resolved. After that everything went smoothly. We would stay here again on a future trip to Florence.

Wonderful unit

We were 2 couples and found this unit to be perfect for our stay. Very roomy, clean and quiet The view of the Piazza Santa Croce was really nice. Be prepared to walk a few flights of stairs to get to the unit. The only things that we would have liked was better wifi connection, bigger shower in the back bedroom and two cards for the door.

Great location and great view

Greatest thing about this place aside from the location is that the windows in the living room face the piazza. I’ve stayed plenty of other places that are also located well, but you don’t necessarily feel that way when you were inside the apartment. This was different and winding down the evening to the sounds in views of the piazza was very special.
