The space is very cute, it is in a fantastic location, and the laundry works great. However: There is not parking for this apartment. The closest we found was three blocks and two streets over. There’s also no recommendation for parking. The cleaning fee had to be paid in cash so we ended up having to pull out more cash for a fee. The host then also said it needed to be left on the table inside the apartment… Not just in the lock box right outside the door. So that was odd to have someone come in with our bags and folded laundry spread out. The pillows were the most flat things we have slept on in a while. The floors left a ton of dirt and black on our feet. So not very clean. Two of the glasses still had stuck food on them. Then at 10:44 the cleaning guy walked in the door, without knocking at all, as my fiancée was in the bathroom and I was getting the car (the bathroom is right next to the front door). Then waited just outside the door for us to leave. Check out time was 11:00 via the rental agreement. Overall, cute and a perfect location for walking to all of the historic spots around the area. Also some great food just outside the door. With our experience though, we had to give it two stars.

The location of this apartment is great and the host communicated within a couple of minutes when I had questions. The apartment is older with thin walls, which was fine. But the restroom is small, if you are over 5 foot 10 you will not fit comfortably in the shower. It’s really narrow and sits about a foot above the floor so you have to step up to get in and out of the shower, I was worried I was going to fall every time. The bathroom is small no room for anything. All the extra tissue paper was left on the floor and got wet so we went to go to the store to buy more. Every morning both my husband and I woke up with insect bites on our legs. There’s two flights of stairs you must walk up to get to the apartment, it’s not bad at all but if you have any mobility concerns this not an ideal place to stay. We also had to pay a cleaning fee and taxes in cash. Not sure why this couldn’t be charged and added to the total of the cost of the stay. This was very inconvenient. You either have to pay in cash and the cleaning lady will pick it up the next day or pay through PayPal. Overall the stay was ok at best.

The location of these accommodations was perfectly located in walking distance of a majority of the area to explore Florence. Air conditioning was perfect for our summer stay. Small kitchen, cozy little kitchen

Location was great, downsides: Wi-Fi pretty much didn’t work, hot water ran out very quickly, comforter had a big stain on it but had been flipped over (so it was facing the top sheet but I noticed it the first night).

Our stay was comfortable and good location. we were scared with the gas leak in the building in our apartment on one off the 4 days booked i think Sunday 28th. Glad the maintenance company checked things out.We loved having the washer machine and drying rack.

This property is in a great location, with a really good little restaurant almost at the doorstep. It is well presented and clean. It is very close to historic attractions, supermarkets and ATMs. We really appreciated the washer dryer combo. We felt that the listing should mention the very steep flights of stairs up to the property. We also noticed that wi fi was extremely poor to nonexistent at times. However, we do understand that the property is in an historic building and that the thick stone walls are the nemesis of wi fi. We would have appreciated some information about the area in the apartment, such as restaurant recommendations, suggestions for local services etc.

I enjoyed my stay.. bed was comfortable.. need to provide more towels, bed sheets and clean comforter.They asked 15 euros extra cleaning fees than what's listed on the website for unclear reason.

Bon séjour.

L’appartement est sympathique bien équipé et surtout extrêmement bien placé. La salle de bain pourrait être un peu amélioré et la literie est un peu dure. Il serait bien de faire en sorte avec le voisin de palier de trouver une solution pour le chien qui aboie tôt le matin et qui nous a réveillé tout le séjour. (8 jours)
