最高のホスピタリティ

家族４人で2部屋に滞在しました。コネクティングルームをリクエストしたのですがないとのことで、代わりにグレードアップしていただきました。両親の結婚25周年記念旅行だと、事前に娘がホテルにメールをしたら、サプライズでシャンパンとフルーツを用意してくれていました。その上散歩から戻ると、ベッドの上に薔薇の花びらでハート♥️マークが。ミネラルウォーターも飲みきれないほど補充があったり、至れり尽くせりでした。ホテルのフロントも細かい気配りをしてくれ、ドアマンもとても丁寧で好感度高かったです。ドォウモから徒歩１分という立地も最高で、街歩きにもとても便利。フィレンツェに滞在する時は、必ずリピートするつもりです。

ステキなホテルです

ロケーションもよく、ホテルの方の対応もとても良く、自転車の貸し出しもあったりで、旅疲れの時でも便利で良かったです。朝食もMIX野菜ジュースなどもオーダーできて、満足できました。トイレのプッシュボタンが固くてなかなか流せないのが大変でした。（ホテル内すべて）また機会があったら泊まりたいです。

The only bad part of our experience was when we checked in they told us there was free breakfast. So we ate breakfast all days. When we checked out we were charged 50 a person for breakfast because when you book with Expedia breakfast is not free. We were mortified spending hundreds of dollars for breakfast that was only so-so, when you can eat in Florence very inexpensively.

Simply outstanding in every way!

I could not recommend staying at Rocco Forte's Hotel Savoy in Florence more highly. The hotel is perfectly located to explore all Florence to offer and the staff could not be more helpful. It is the first hotel in a long time, where I felt the staff were genuinely pleased to have us visit - it was just such a shame we weren't staying longer! We were treated to a complimentary upgrade, which was delightful. The food in Irene (the hotel restaurant) for breakfast and lunch was brilliant, as was the service. The Concierge was amazing - organising a fantastic dinner reservation and arranging speedy entry to the Uffizzi. We were so impressed, with the Rocco Forte service we couldn't wait to arrive in Rome where we were staying at Hotel De Russie - another Rocco Forte, which didn't disappoint either. We will definitely be back!
