LOVED this place! It’s huge, cute, clean, centrally located, and has a super nice bathroom. Also has your own A/C unit which was awesome! Highly recommend especially for the price.

Location was very close to everything, train station included
The rooms were generally very good, wifi didn't work nor the soap dispenser but since we were there for only one night all we needed was a good space to sleep off the jetlag. Our room was very quiet but also close to the Duomo and some very interesting mercati but 3 flights of stairs might deter some.

Everything was good!
The room was spacious, Clean and well located
The location was great, close to so many things. Be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs, as long as you know whsts coming it is totally worth the climb.

Plesant room I nice neighborhood
The room was very nice with comfortable beds and a great roof terrace. It could however have been a little more clean. Lots of dust under the beds and other places. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
Really central location, very comfortable bed and spacious room. There was a big wardrobe and the mini fridge was really useful for keeping water cool. I read a review saying there wasn’t any soap or anywhere to hang your towels but we had soap and shower gel provided in the room as well as a hook for towels to dry.
Room was clean, good size, and location is really good. Unfortunately, the elevator in the building was not working and we needed to go up to the 3rd floor with luggage (73 stairs), very inconvenient for our situation.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Central location, close to tourist sites. On bus line for train, laundry across the street, close to grocery, and lots of restaurants. Beds were comfy but the floor was dirty. The bathroom was tiny and the shower leaked. There were no shelves to put anything any where.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was nice and clean and felt newly built. The location puts one within walking distance of most touristy places esp near the duomo. However, few things to highlight - there is an extra charge for late checkin, no elevator access, washroom is not equipped with basic things such as rails for hanging hand towels, clothes, no cup holder for toothbrush.
Clean, central location, close to bars and restaurants. No glasses and hangers for towels. It was cold inside but AC was only for cooling so it was not very comfortable as the weather was rainy. Nice big terrace in Ivory room.

Spacious and clean room but dificult to get to it with all the luggage and no elevator to the 4th floor.
Also, check in was in a different place from the actual room and check in couldn’t be after 5:30pm, that made it difficult to adjust our train or plane itinerary!

Good points: location, spacious room, comfortable bed.
Bad points: noise from traffic at night, up until 2 in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, avoid. Ask for a room on the courtyard rather than the street.
No hanging rail for towels, no vanity unit in the bathroom, no chair/armchair, no 24h check-in facility, no coffee, tea, even kettle, no staff on site.
Beautiful room in a great location. It was tricky getting the keys: Reception is in a different building, and you have to pay $30 extra if you can't check in between 10-6. 73 steps to the room, so if you have kids or a lot of luggage, this isn't for you. Also, the hall lights in the stair/hall are dim and motion activated. I stopped for a minute to adjust my luggage and it went completely, can't see my face in front of my hands black: I broke out the flashlight on my iphone.
Nice stay for a 3 night trip in Florence. Great location within walking distance to the Duomo and other main attractions, 20 min walk to the main train station. Aesthetically the room was great, gorgeous high ceilings and modern bathroom. However it lacked some practical elements. There was no towel rail or anywhere to hang a hand towel and larger towels. This seems like an easy fix to install some hooks on the walls or back of doors etc. Cupboard could use some more hangers.
Check in is at a separate location a few minutes walk away. Room is then on the third floor and there isn't an elevator for guests. Wasn't a problem for us and we managed okay with two large suitcases so just something to keep in mind. There is no daily housekeeping, but new towels and spare toilet paper are kept outside in the communal entryway.
If you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs. You hear a lot of street noise even being on the third floor.
Great location. Very small for 4 people. The stairs are something else, 73 stairs up to the room. There is an elevator but not allowed to use it (!!??). There is a very nice rooftop terrace that makes it worthwhile. I would cautiously recommend it, but if you have a problem with stairs I would avoid.
The air conditioning was not working and we spoke to the staff multiple times and they were not helpful and quite rude. There were also huge issues with mosquitos and the stairs were more than 3 flights of steps. The entire experience was super disappointing and I would not stay again or recommend to anyone.
This is not an hotel so check in was in a different location with limited hours. You need to pay extra if arriving after hours. The room was beautiful, and excellent location. It was in a 3rd floor and elevator doesn’t work. We needed to take the stroller up and down and that was not convenient. Other than that, it is very close to great restaurants and touristic places.
Room on the 3rd floor with a private elevator, you are not allowed to use it.
Checkin 10 min walking away from the apartment.
No stuff around.
Ants and mosquitoes bite us, even with repellent!
I’m not going back! I DO NOT recommend this place

This apartment is an 80 stair walk up. NO ELEVATOR. If you have big luggage you have to carry it up all those flights.
The airconditioning worked well. This was a plain room but bigger than a usual hotel room. The room was clean.
They had extra pillows in the cupboard but no pillow cases. The shower didn’t drain properly so water rose over your feet in the bottom of the shower. Kind of gross.
It is a walk up, there is a lift in the building but not for guest. If you are traveling with big luggages, prepare to carry them yourself. Everything else met our expectation. Location is great too.

Great location, 4 flights of stairs, no towel rack
The good first- The location was fantastic. Right off of an adorable piazza with several restaurant options. It was walkable to all of the sights we wanted to see, ponte Vecchio, duomo, galleria de accademia, Mercato centrale. The air conditioning worked decentlyl, there were ample towels.
The bad- it’s a 4th floor walk up. The building had an elevator, but we couldn’t use it. Getting back to the room after a day full of sightseeing was tough because we had to have our 4 year old daughter climb 4 flights of stairs.
Also, there is literally nowhere to hang a towel. There are no hooks anywhere in the space! We had a jumble of bath towels in a pile in the bathroom by the end of our stay. The shower also leaked terribly, so you needed like 2 towels on the ground just to absorb the water that came out.
We also saw a few small ants around.
