I think the property was built around the 90’s.. it needs an update. There is no elevator in this property to carry luggage up to the 2nd floor. The front desk clerk and breakfast lady they were both excellent. Rate should be a lot lower for this “Quality inn”

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, the air conditioning was good, and the hotel location was great to where I had to be. The only problem I had was that the lights between the beds went out, and the front desk said that the breaker kept tripping as he tried to restore the lights. He offered to move me to another room, but it was too late, because I was already dressed for sleep.

Rooms properly cleaned but the odor of mold and mildew in the building and there were scented plugs everywhere to mask the order. Was there for a family emergency, will not book again unless changes has been made.

My first thing is SLEEP! I fall asleep okay but at 5am you hear doors from the other rooms slamming and closing. They need to get that material you put on hotel doors so they don’t slam so loud to disrupt other people. The rooms are okay. The mattress are terrible-only because i noticed, they are stained. Bathroom towels and wash clothes are very limited. The lady whom fix the breakfast is nice, she may even make it for you so that’s a plus. Overall it was okay.

The manager STOLE MY MONEY!!!! She gave away the room that I booked and prepaid for. The REFUSED to give me a refund!!! She is a theif and needs to be arrested!!

This hotel Quality Inn is very clean. The staff (Sarah &others) maintain the rooms as if they’re the ones who will use the room. The breakfast crew (Cherry) is so helpful with preparing waffles assisting the guests and wrapping the food for you in case you are going back to your room. I was amazed at her willingness to help. The only complaint is that there is no ice machine or laundry room for the guests. I spoke to Nicole the manager and she said she would definitely let the Supervisor know Otherwise your stay is going to be very enjoyable. I hope this helps

This was definitely not a great experience. I booked my reservation for a family reunion in the area. The room was not clean. The bed was unmade and there was trash in there from a restaurant. I wasn't able to get another room because of a terrible smell in them that he could rent out. This hotel was the only option in the area so I had to travel another 30 miles to find somewhere to sleep....
