Good to know: the building has a small elevator, but to access the apartment it is necessary to take a flight of stairs; for this reason it is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility or very young children. Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00; for arrivals after 20:00, there is a supplement. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Air conditioning is regulated by Italian law, which provides for a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
