What a perfect location for visiting Florence! Unfortunately the elevator was not working when we were there but it was an easy 2 flights of stairs. Great location for a family of 5 in Firenze

Wonderful location to access all the sites easily-lots of space to move around and loved having a fully equipped kitchen. We arrived in the evening and had a little trouble with getting into the building but the rest of check in was easy. The washer door would not open unfortunately while we were there, so we had to tote our clothes to a local laundromat. Otherwise-excellent stay!

We loved our stay at Piazza della Signoria art apartment. The apartment is just like the pictures. The location is absolutely perfect! Everything is so close! Filippo was a terrific host, quick to respond to any questions. I needed some dental help and he even helped me figure that out. I would stay here again!

Just ok...

This apt is in a fantastic location just a few blocks from the Ponte Vecchia and basically walkable to everything Florence has to offer. The apt is in need of a few things, a deep clean for one. The beds are extremely firm. The sheets and pillows were fine but the blankets/top covers were not great. The king room has a new duvet you can use but with no cover, the smaller bed has a decrepit bedspread from the 80's that didn't look clean but without it all you have is a sheet. The lights of Florence shine through the filmy curtains all night so bring an eyemask. The kitchen has seen better days. The couch was filthy and the fix was to put a blanket over it. The elevator/lift worked from the main floor up but there was no knob on the lift to go back down from the apt. It wouldn't have been an issue if I wasn't traveling with my mother who has some mobility issues. Check in was easy, the location easy to find. For the host, this was a property that with a few $ and a deep clean could be much nicer than it was. I would not have wanted to stay here longer than the 3 days that we did.
