Located on the first floor without elevator, the apartment of about 60 m² consists of a living area with table and kitchenette, a double bedroom with large wardrobe, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 3 people.

From the living area, a French window opens onto a pleasant terrace overlooking the internal courtyard; the single room also has a small balcony overlooking another courtyard.

Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00; for arrivals after 20:00, there is a supplement. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning: in Italy, regulations provide for a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C (with tolerance).
