Pleasant and quiet three-room apartment:    a living area with table and kitchenette and a terrace with a pleasant view of the internal courtyard. A single bedroom with access to another small balcony on another internal courtyard and a double bedroom with a large wardrobe. The bathrooms has a comfortable shower and completely accessorized. The apartment is in a strategic area for visiting the city, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Santa Croce, in a neighborhood full of shops, supermarkets and places for dinner and in the heart of the Florentine nightlife. It is a first floor apartment, with an elevator.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.   . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
