Not really an hotel, but has a perfect location

This is not really an hotel, it's a house with 6 bedrooms. The comfort is ok: you've a bed, a bathroom (the shower has no enclosing, the water goes to the floor), TV, A/C and wifi connectivity. Nothing fancy, but a good place to sleep at night. The location is great, right in the center of Florence and very close to a grocery store and the train station. There is no Free Parking. The street is busy and you can't park there and if you want them to park your car it will cost quite a lot. Just make sure you know it.

TrÚs décevant

Lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s, la chambre Ă©tait glaciale (fĂ©vrier). Le chauffage n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© mis avant que nous arrivions. Nous avons demandĂ© Ă  augmenter la chauffage, le propriĂ©taire nous a dit que si on ouvrait les fenĂȘtres, ça n'allait pas chauffer. Merci du conseil! Evidemment que nous n'avions pas ouvert la fenĂȘtre. Le lendemain, le propriĂ©taire nous a dit que les pompiers l'avaient appelĂ© dans la nuit pour un dĂ©tecteur de fumĂ©e qui s'Ă©tait dĂ©clenchĂ©. Il nous a rappelĂ© avec beaucoup trop d'insistance que nous n'avions pas le droit de fumer dans la chambre, malgrĂ© le fait que nous lui avons affirmĂ© que nous n'avions pas fumĂ©, car nous ne fumons pas. Au niveau du confort, un point positif : une couette en plume. Sinon la salle de douche sent les Ă©gouts, et le rideau de douche colle Ă  la peau quand on est sous la douche. Je suis assez tolĂ©rante sur les Ă©tablissements, mais je dĂ©conseille fortement celui-lĂ .

Ciao, io e la mia metĂ  abbiamo passato un week end a firenze...Abbiamo alloggiato in questa bellissima residenza, ci siamo trovati bene in tutto...il posto attaccato al centro,la camera, il tipo simpatico della residenza che ci a consigliato su tutto quello che volevamo sapere, la cagnolina fenomenale che faceva la "guardia". Forse l'unica pecca Ăš che di notte si sentono un po' troppo i rumori della strada, ma perĂČ con delle finestre antiche Ăš normale....che perĂČ non cambierei perchĂ© altrimenti stonerebbe con il resto della camera stupenda. E poi ditemi dove trovate tutto perfetto al mondo. Grazie ancora ciao ciao

Chambre trop chĂšre (150 € /nuit) pour qualitĂ© du service. Pas de petit dĂ©jeuner proposĂ©, le 2Ăšme jour pas de renouvellement de serviette ; juste Ă  l'arrivĂ©e 1 petit savon et 2 Ă©chantillons douche, pas renouvellĂ© le lendemain.....salle de bain petite, pas de tablette pour poser trousse toilette et Ă  part le soir de notre arrivĂ©e, vu aucun personnel.........

Mycket centralt, trevligt mindre hotell

KanonlÀge, nÀra stationen och gÄngavstÄnd till de flesta sevÀrdheter. nyrenoverat, frÀscht och vÀlstadat gjorde vÄr upplevelse angenÀm. PrisvÀrt helt klart! kan upplevas att det Àr lite trafikerat utanför kanske, det Àr det enda negativa om man ska vara petig. ingen frukost serveras men i samma byggnad ligger det resturanger sÄ det var inget problem. SnÀll, svenskpratande personal! Rekommenderar detta verkligen.

What a nice surprise...

What a nice surprise to stumble across a place like this. The rooms were updated and extremely well kept and I can't say enough good things about how helpful the host was...there was no breakfast but there is an affordable and tasty cafe around the corner and the location was within walking distance to everything. Great value and a pleasant stay.

trop cher pour ce service

Si vous recherchez un hotel proche des transports en commun le voici, situé à coté de la gare santa maria novella et de la gare routiÚre, cet hotel est particuliÚrement bruyant, le service tres moyen situé dans une maison florentine il faudra monté au 2 etage pour profiter de votre chambre dont seul le plafond est grand. le wifi est toujours en panne malgré les "réparations" à répétition du gérant pendant les deux jours , le petit déjeuner est à l'italienne (pitoyable). les lits sont corrects et le kit douche est incomplet et n'a pas été renouvelé. la climatisation automatique n'est jamais constante.
