This is a small boutique hotel. The woman who runs it is very knowledgeable, frendly and helpful. It look loke it was remodeled recently, so it is clean and comfortable. And she serves a nice breakfast.

Staff were very lovely and the room was very clean. AC was very refreshing especially in the 35°C heat and worked extremely well. You can expect to walk 15-20 minutes Into the main touristy bits but I couldnt reccomend this any more if you are staying in Florence.

Nice stay

The stay was nice. The hotel was clean, warm water and nice personal. I travel with my sister and she got sick it was holiday and pharmacies were closed, and they were very nice and gave me a phone number to the doctor. As a tourist think this was very nice of them. Basic breakfast but nice and very comfortable the stayed. There is a laundry mat nearby

I was very pleasant with my stay, the room was very clean, the bathroom super cute , the personnel was very friendly, the hotel is close to the train station,,there is a nice cafe cross the street and other restaurants, it is a very safe building and even continental breakfast was included!!!

Looks just like the photos -- with a beautiful balcony available in one of the two rooms we booked. Certainly nothing fancy for breakfast, but still a nice spread -- with someone there to make coffees for us right at 8 AM. They were also able to hold our luggage for us for much of the day after checking out. A lovely stay, with basic perks.
