Welcome to this beautiful house for rent in Florence, located in a quiet and pleasant residential area, a few steps from the Fiorentina stadium and the Coverciano technical center, where the Italian national football team trains. This charming townhouse is spread over two levels, offering large indoor and outdoor spaces for a comfortable stay.



On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room perfect for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals with friends, a bedroom and one of the two bathrooms, equipped with a comfortable shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and the second bathroom.

The property in total can accommodate up to 8 people: two bedrooms with double beds, one with a bunk bed ideal for the little ones, and a sofa bed in the fourth room.

One of the two bathrooms has a shower while the second has a bathtub, ideal for a moment of relaxation after a day discovering the city.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden perfect for outdoor dining or moments of tranquility, while on the first floor a balcony adds a touch of charm to the house.
