Hotel antigo, porém inteiro reformado e modernizado. Ficamos no quarto de frente a rua, com duas janelas anti-ruido. Não se escutava um barulho, excelente. Equipe cordial e atenciosa. Com certeza retornaria e indicaria a amigos e familiares.

Good location. Clean room.

I stayed here for two days in July. It's in a good location only about a 10 minutes walk from the Train station. It's about a 10 min walk into the center of town. There are lots of cheap places to eat and small grocery store outside. The reception is on the 3rd floor even though some rooms are on the 2nd floor. You need to leave the keys with reception when you go out. The room was clean and I could smell the bleach from when they cleaned last. The bed has a egg foam too so it's probably an old bed. The pillow should be replaced. I had to fold it many times to support my head. Facing the street, the windows did a good job blocking the street noise but you will hear the room doors down the hallway shutting loudly. The shower is a bit tight being maybe 4 feet by 3 feet deep. The breakfast a good. Better tHan I expected for a cheaper hotel. Fruits, croissants, hard boiled eggs, bread, cereals and yogurt.

Friendly and Comfortable

Super friendly hotel, staff, everyone so nice. Let me store luggage and use their wifi even after I checked out. Location close to the railway station and main sights can't be beat. Breakfast was good if somewhat standard for Italy. I would stay here again in an instant.

Adoramos o hotel! Tem elevador, excelente café da manhã, o quarto que ficamos era ótimo! Apenas de ser com vista pra cidade, não tinha barulho da rua! Pessoal educado! Preço bom! Voltaria neste hotel com certeza!

Hotel pulio, economico e comodo per il centro

Esperienza generalmente positiva. Non tanto agevole la sosta in auto di fronte all'hotel per lo scarico delle valigie perchè manca un area di sosta dedicata ma in seconda fila si riesce comunque a farcela anche se passa un bus. Via Nazionale pare sia percorribile in auto ma i cartelli non chiariscono facilmente la possibilità di accesso perchè la indicano come zona a traffico limitato in orario lavortivo ed anche i vigili di zona, contattati telefonicamente, hanno incertezza sul tema. In caso i parcheggi centrali siano pieni è comunque vicino il parcheggio Parterre che alla fine costa la metà. Suggerimento: per richieste particolari o dubbi, contattare direttamente l'hotel senza passare per il sito Hotels.com: infatti le domande poste attraverso il sito nei campi del modulo di prenotazione pare non siano state recapitate all'hotel e quind qualche sorpresa ci può essere.

Tre stelle cosa?

Non lo consiglierei mai. Colazione pessima, yogurt congelati e poco assortimento. Personale gentile ma sicuramente non professionale. Siamo usciti io e la mia ragazza la mattina e al rientro la sera abbiamo trovato la camera aperta (ovviamente si sono scusati) per fortuna non mancava nulla. Ogni sera al rientro trovavamo un receptionist diverso che pur non avendoci mai visto ci consegnava le chiavi della camera senza problemi e senza chiedere documento (chiunque avrebbe potuto prendere quelle chiavi). Il bagno non ha il bidè. Nota posita è sicuramente la posizione centrale e vicina ai luoghi turistici di maggiore interesse.

l'unico appunto è che avento la recection all'ultimo piano e non avendo utilizzato l'ascensore, sarebbe stato più chiaro un cartello all'ingresso che segnalava dove trovarla.

Albergo situato a 400 metri dalla stazione d smn e dal centro. In una palazzina stile fiorentino come la maggior parte degli alberghi medi di Firenze. Servizio di ascensore, ottimo staff molto educato e disponibile. Comodo per i servizi e le cose quotidiane con molti negozi sottostanti (lavanderia, supermercato, tabacchino, ristoranti) Ho notato una bella pulizia dell ambiente, molta cura per il cliente anche la mattina per la colazione. Ho avuto un probelma con il riscaldamento e mi hanno servito di una stufetta che ha scaldato la camera. Camere moderne e accessiorate, con un bel wifi. Unico neo estetico il pavimento in cotto che personalmente non piace, ma come detto prima firenze e le sue tradizioni son cosi. Sicuramente con un bel pavimento moderno farebbe un ulteriore salto di qualità. Nel complesso bella esperienza soprattutto per il costo che è stato basso.

Good hotel near Santa Maria Novella Train Station

The breakfast was buffet style and offered a lot of variety considering you're on the Continent of Europe. (Remember Europeans don't eat large breakfasts). The staff were very helpful and more than polite; in fact, they were quite friendly. I appreciated that they gave me a room overlooking the back side of the hotel since it was quieter. The facilities were clean. However, there was a bit of a musty smell coming from my room. I don't know the cause and it wasn't overwhelming so I didn't make a big deal of it. The location is what makes the hotel the best. It's a 10 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station which is where the buses to and from the airport pick up and drop off. Also Florence's main bus station is near the train station too. Overall, other than the musty smell, the hotel was great and I will definitely stay there again.
