Guicciardini Apartment

Spacious, modern, and finely furnished apartment just a few steps from Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, and all the main attractions of the historic center. The neighborhood is lively and dynamic, full of restaurants and typical shops. Located on the first floor without a lift, it features a large open space with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a relaxation area, and a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

Modern apartment in perfect location

Newly renovated apartment, very clean and tidy. Amazing location with great cafes and restaurants very close by. Short walk to Duomo etc. Bed is quite hard, not to our liking but this is just personal. It was rather loud in the evenings, despite using ear plugs.

Beautiful, well equipped, fantastic location

This is a spacious, ultra modern and clean apartment with all the amenities you might need, the location is absolutely fantastic. Lots of great restaurants nearby. High end coffee around the corner. Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi literally a short walk away. The host was great and helpful before and during the check-in process. The only reason this isn't excellent is that ear plugs were required to sleep at night, the area was busy and loud during the night and the windows don't keep the noise out.

This apartment was very modern, functional and comfortable. Shopping, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance, yet you’re far enough from the large crowds. The facilities are modern and the space is decorated very well. Only issue is the noise of the street. Almost felt there was no class in the windows it was so loud. Some ear plugs at night fixed the problem though! All in all an excellent stay I would certainly return

Great location

This was a really cute apartment near Ponte Vecchio. It was close enough to get to the touristy areas but was not overrun with tourists. An excellent location.

Perfect (and spacious) Apartment in the Heart of Florence!

My 13 year old daughter and I stayed in Florence for 6 nights and truly enjoyed our stay! The property manager was very communicative and was very helpful from the moment we reserved our stay and throughout until check out. The space was extremely large and very clean (which is a HUGE point for us). The location was just absolutely perfect and within walking distance to every single main attraction in Florence and the main train station. There are all of the conveniences right outside your door: dozens of cafés, tabacchi's, and fun stores to shop in as well as the Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace. It is located on a busy and active street which can be noisy but the outside shutters helped close that and any light out. We were located on the 1st floor which is not serviced by an elevator but this was fine for us. The one very minor thing I would change would be the towels. It would be great to get a few more and have them be a bit more plush. Again, it did not detract from our stay and we were very happy and would stay again!!
