  • Grande e spazioso appartamento di recentissima ristrutturazione, con ampia zona giorno, 4 camere totali, 3 con letto matrimoniale ed una con 2 letti singoli; zona giorno con cucina attrezzata, grande tavolo, ideale per ospitare gruppi fino a 9 persone.
    Da ogni camera si gode una vista mozzafiato della Cupola del Brunelleschi e del Campanile di Giotto.
    L'appartamento si trova al capolinea della Tramvia T2 aeroporto San marco - Università che in soli 30 minuti raggiunge Piazza San Marco dall'aeroporto di Firenze. La piazza è particolarmente animata e piacevole con ristoranti e localini di ogni tipo: ristoranti cucina italiana, etnica e anche angoli per un pasto veloce: l'Antico Vinaio, con le sue schiacciate profumatissime, è ad appena 30 metri. L'edificio è una struttura tipica della zona, l'appartamento è al terzo piano e non c'è ascensore ma la vista è impareggiabile.

FANTASTIC apartment is a fabulous location! Close to most everything we wanted to see. Tons of food options. Would definitely recommend. (The three flights up is a task on day 1 with the luggage- but worth every step)

The only good thing about this apartment is the location. Unfortunately, the person renting it is very difficult to deal with, and we had a very bad experience.We had no hot water, and when she finally decided to fix the issue, she allowed a man to enter the apartment in the morning without my permission or prior notice, while everyone was sleeping. This was especially concerning because we had minors staying in the apartment.The internet did not work at night, which was extremely frustrating. After being out all day, we would come back to the apartment and couldn’t even connect to Wi-Fi. There is also no TV.The apartment has a terrible musty/damp smell. The air conditioning units do not cool the rooms properly, so at night the apartment gets extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep and rest.The kitchen is also poorly equipped and does not even have basic utensils or cutlery. If you order food, you may not even have anything to eat it with.The apartment is very poorly decorated. The furniture is extremely old and outdated, which makes the space feel neglected and uninvitingOverall, the location is convenient, but unfortunately, our experience with the apartment and the host was very disappointing.
