In the beating heart of Florence, in one of the most central streets of the historic center, Via San Pier Maggiore, we present a delightful apartment perfect for a romantic getaway in the cradle of the Renaissance.

A stone\'s throw from the majestic Basilica of Santa Croce and the famous Duomo, this apartment is located on the second floor of a period building. Once you cross the threshold of the apartment you will be welcomed by a warm and refined environment, recently renovated with taste and attention to detail.

The interiors expertly combine modern elements and contemporary comforts with a touch of romantic charm. The parquet floors give warmth and continuity to the spaces, while the elegant and sober furnishings create a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is composed of a bright living area with lounge and equipped kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven and everything you need to prepare a candlelit dinner, a welcoming double bedroom with TV, and two modern bathrooms both with shower, to ensure maximum comfort even during longer stays.

Overall the place is described as expected. And the place was nice in terms of appearance functionality as expected per the description. I like complete overall "pictures" so here is our view of our experience. We had some issues with noise down below. As one night there were "kids" drinking/smoking blaring their music loudly on a portable speaker. I had forgotten how to call the authorities and attempted to reach out to the owners for assistance. Instead of saying back please call 112 for the authorities they did the "it's not my problem" card. The authorities never came to correct the issue. The kids eventually left but just was annoying that that was the attitude of the owners vs trying to assist to resolve they were quick to say "not our problem". There is also some morning noise in the early am from shop owners on the street opening their doors right below attempting to get ready for their daily business activities. If you can get by the noise its a good condo for the location. Just don't expect peace and quiet.
