Welcome to our charming Florentine house located in Via dei Neri, in the beating heart of the Santa Croce district, in the historic center of Florence. Going up to the third floor of a historic building without a lift, you will be welcomed by a spacious, bright and welcoming apartment, ready to transform your stay in the Renaissance city into a pleasant experience.

The living room will welcome you with its cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The well-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious dishes with local flavours, and the dining table will be the ideal place to share tasty dinners with family or friends.

The two bedrooms offer maximum comfort, with a cozy double bedroom and another equipped with a comfortable French bed. The two bathrooms, one of which with a shower, ensure optimal comfort for all guests.

We loved this apartment. Great location and close to so many sites. It is a hopping street in the middle of the best sandwich shops. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Warm and comfortable during our early December visit. The two bathrooms were great for our family and the washer was appreciated. Loved the decor, historic frescos and traditional touches like the tile, doors and windows. Very responsive when we had an issue with a radiator.

Beautiful flat area fun, great shops. Restaurants air conditioning. Let me f****** know when it's 80 that you don't have air or fans, though. Silly little stand ups fans NOT worth it. 2 bedrooms 2 fans, a pullout couch..... no fan ... no ceiling fans come on people. What the f***...And don't tell me it was written in the description. Put it in bold black letters for us from the USA that have it that's air conditioning.
