Highly recommended centrally located apartment

Our actual stay at this apartment was great. There were a few flights of stairs to climb but this didn’t bother us. The apartment was great. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were two toilets which was a bonus. Having a washing machine was also good. One bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living area was ample for 3 of us. The area was bustling, and very central, and yet the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is a credit to the owner, who pays quite a substantial amount to have this property managed. The managers, we felt, could have been more accommodating - minor things, but really only letting the owners down - 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 nights between 2 toilets; didn’t mention upon check-in that you are expected to take all rubbish with you upon check out, and dump in a bin that’s about 1/2km away from apartment. Thank you so much to the owner for a wonderful stay in Florence.
